This cake is a strawberry 1/2 sheet cake with chocolate ganache filling. It is covered in homemade marshmallow fondant (MMF). All decorations are handmade in MMF.
This picture was taken by my phone camera, and then by my digital camera because when I delivered the cake, I forgot to retrieve my memory card from the computer before I left!
